Troubleshooting¶
Begin by returning to /start, selecting the intended network, and refreshing the relevant screen. Most BRO-ker actions depend on the active network, active wallet, a current provider response, and sufficient native gas.
An address is not recognised¶
| Check | Resolution |
|---|---|
| Wrong network selected | Select Solana for a Solana mint or the correct EVM network for a 0x contract. |
| Address copied with extra text | Paste only the complete mint, contract, or wallet address. |
| Unsupported contract type | Verify that the asset is a supported token on the selected network. |
| Temporary metadata failure | Refresh and try again after confirming the address on an explorer. |
A quote is unavailable¶
A quote may be unavailable because the token has no usable route, liquidity is insufficient, the amount is outside provider limits, market data cannot be validated, the token is restricted, or a provider is temporarily unavailable.
Try a smaller amount, refresh the token sheet, and check the asset on an independent network explorer and market source. Do not increase slippage blindly; an unavailable route can be a meaningful risk signal.
A quote expired or changed¶
Quotes are short-lived. Request a fresh quote and review every field again. Changes in expected output, route, gas, or price impact reflect current conditions and should not be treated as the same trade you previously reviewed.
A trade failed¶
Common causes include insufficient native gas, changed balance, expired transaction data, slippage, price impact, missing token approval, provider failure, network congestion, token restrictions, and smart-contract reverts.
Open the transaction explorer link. If no transaction was submitted, refresh the balance and quote. If a transaction exists, use its on-chain result before retrying. A failed EVM transaction can still consume gas.
An ERC-20 sell asks for approval¶
This is normal when the selected route lacks sufficient allowance. Review and submit the approval, wait for confirmation, and request a fresh sell quote. Do not assume that approving a token also executed the sale.
If an approval transaction failed, verify native gas, the token contract, the selected wallet, and the explorer error before trying again.
The displayed balance is stale¶
Refresh the wallet after the transaction confirms. RPC and indexer data can lag. Verify the address, network, token contract, and latest block on the official explorer.
If the explorer shows the token but the portfolio does not, paste the token contract or mint to open it and check whether it is hidden or unsupported by the portfolio view.
A limit order did not fill¶
A reference price crossing is only the first condition. BRO-ker still requires a live route that satisfies the saved output target, a funded execution wallet, adequate native gas, and a valid transaction.
Open /limits and inspect the order status. Do not duplicate an order that is submitted, confirming, or under manual review until the explorer has been checked.
A copy trade was skipped¶
Open /copytrade, select the source, and inspect recent activity. The reason can be a disabled side, size cap, daily cap, reserve, market or token filter, risk mode, unsupported route, stale source event, insufficient balance, missing approval, gas, slippage, or a paused rule.
Correct the cause before resuming a rule that stopped after repeated failures.
A bridge is delayed¶
Bridge settlement can take longer than its estimate. Check the source transaction, provider tracking link, and destination explorer. If the source spent funds but the destination has not arrived, do not submit the same bridge again while the route is processing or under review.
Arc testnet cannot bridge value to a mainnet network in the current configuration.
Coinbase funding is delayed¶
Check the Coinbase session or transaction status first, then verify the selected destination network and address on its explorer. Payment completion and on-chain delivery are separate stages. Coinbase controls payment, verification, settlement, and refunds.
Safe support request¶
Use /bro_socials to locate official support. Include the network, public transaction hash, token contract or mint, approximate time, and a description of the screen or error. Remove unrelated personal information.
Never include a private key, recovery phrase, Telegram code, payment credentials, private checkout link, or wallet backup.
